Those "Ghostbuster" science blasters than came near end game.

I was not there for the end.  (Visiting another universe at the time.) These "'Ghostbuster' science blasters" have me intrigued.  Is it possibly the Beam Rifle powerset with something like the DUST cannon look?  Some of the shots like "Overcharge" and "Disintegrate" look a bit like the Ghostbuster stuff.
