Radiation Armor: Particle Shielding & end mod enh's

So particle shielding from radiation armor says it accepts endurance modification enhancements, but the power description says that the end buff ignores buffs & enhancements.  Is there something I'm missing?  Will end mod enh's do nothing if slotted?  Thanks!

That is already fixed in Page 4. There were a lot of enhancement slotting fixes.
