Names not releasing from deleted characters.

I had a toon with a name I wanted to use on a Symphony Control character.

I deleted that toon and attempted to make a new toon with the same name. The name was immediately rejected as unavailable.

I tried this again with a second character and the exact same thing happened.

I then made a new character with a new name, and then deleted that character and tried to reuse the name on another new character and again the same thing happened.

It's a known bug.  The workaround is to make a new character with a random name, and then change the character name to what you wanted.
