Hero Tips and Perez Park

For some reason, when you try to access a hero alignment tip in Perez Park, it tells you " Now is not a good time to investigate this tip. Wait until you are within the streets of Paragon City before you attempt any investigation."

It could be because Perez Park is considered a hazard zone, and not a regular part of Paragon City. I would see if you get the same issue in another hazard zone like The Hollows as well.

Just checked the Hollows. You're right. Can't accept them there either.
