Unai Kemen Out Of Sequence Early Mission

I don't know if this was already posted. Just posting it before I forget about it.

 

Unai Kemen is a level 45-50 contact. However, he is available for a single mission prior to level 45. The Go to Werewolf World and fix the dimensional patches mission is available before level 45. And before you do the mission it references. The mobs are all still level 45+ if done at +0, but the mission will be listed at the character's level. In my case, level 43.

Just came to post this bug.

 

And yes, mobs have a minimum level of 45.  If you are running at any plusses, then it's at your level +.  So in my case, running at +2 from level 42, I'll still get the mobs at 45.   If run at +4, then they are at 46.

I noticed this one too the other day. My first thought was "Wait, isn't he 45+? Why am I getting him at 43? Oh well." Then ran into a bunch of 45th level mobs, did the mission, and he stopped offering me more.
