I don't think held enemy should be able to get up at all.

So Hold : They don't get up until hold duration expires.

Immobilize : Unchanged

Stun : They get up very slowly unless they are flying, then it is unchanged

Sleep : They don't get up until sleep duration expires. I wish sleep powers could also include knockdown too ( while also enemy stay unaware for powers like Mass Hypnosis of course ), so that it looks like enemy sleeping but probably not going to happen as it makes too much sense.

Fear/Terrorize : Unchanged

Confuse : Unchanged

Thats it.

I like that, except for one thing: Whatever affects mobs affects players too. And players are more than likely to complain when not only do they have to wait out the mez, but now they also have to wait out standing up after the mez wears off further delaying their ability to do anything.

Well thats fine, there is a thing called knockback protection which even squishes easily can get unlike poor mobs.
