I'm looking for a cheap IO set build.  The above is what my build could look like.  I would also like any ideas on the build.  What you would change ???

No, but attuned IO's have the stats of the IO for the level you are from their bottom range to their maximum range. So the stat value you see is based on the lvl in mids you have set when you slot them. In mids you can +5 things by using the plus key while hovering over the IO.
