Incorrectly charged for Prism Accolade and Prism costumes

So an alt of mine has 150 prisms to get the costumes and accolade and badges. 

 

Purchased the Accolade first for the listed price of 50 but got charged 100 prisms.   The costume badges charged normally, so I was shorted 50 prisms by the system.  Triple checked, confirmed I had 150 prisms to start and did not buy any Tier 2 costumes

 

Another alt gets a couple of the 10 prism costumes,  gets charged 7 prisms for one and 5 for another and the normal amount for the rest

 

Any one else having any unusual results?
