Hybrid incarnate toggle, toggling off on it's own after some time

As subject states, hybrid incarnate toggle, is toggling off on it's own, randomly. Definitely not due to end running out, and not because of a bind, as I've moved it to different slots to test. This happens on test server. Not sure if it occurs on Excelsior, etc.

The Hybrid ability auto-toggles-off after 2 minutes, this is by design. Or is it toggling off before that?

Ah, that's probably it. It seems to take around 2 mins for the toggle to drop, so it's as you state. A 2 minute toggle is weird. It's definitely not stated on the info.
