I know crash T9s aren't to most people's taste, but Overload works exceptionally well on Brutes. The +maxHP lets you reach the high Brute HP cap, and /energy has great tools to recover from an end crash between Energize and Energy Drain. Basically, I concur with @XFUNK's post.
