Snarky Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 Electric Blast is something I have not been on in a while and I am leveling one up. It has a ST hold that I took on a lark. The danged thing gets a "power up" circle around it once in a while. I saw nothing in the description that this power has two "modes" Anyone know what is going on?
