What AT and powersets for an aged-up Lilo?

Imagine a young-adult Lilo, from Lilo & Stitch, who was now an agent for the Galactic Federation.  What AT and powersets would you pick?

She could be pretty much anything.  I think the default for a Galactic Federation agent is probably something like a Beam Rifle/Willpower Sentinel.

 

At the other extreme, I'd consider making her a Demons/Storm Mastermind.  Demon Summoning because I could see her befriending more lost and misunderstood creatures as she did Stitch.  And Storm Summoning because she has an in with Pudge, the fish who controls the weather.

  Trick question.  She'd be an NPC in another state, that's it.
