Bind Help with Flame Mastery Fire Shield

I have a Fire/Thermal/Fire corruptor and I am trying to bind Fire Mastery Fire Shield along with my other toggles. I can't use "powexectoggleon Fire Shield" because it triggers my Fire Shield buff and not the shield toggle and I've tried using "powexectoggleon Flame Mastery.Fire Shield" which is how it appears in game. I've searched the forums, the wikis, the archives and asked in help, but can't get it to work. Is it just a known issue or am I missing something?

You might need to do it as reference to tray and slot instead of by name.
