PudgeTheFish
I know its unorthodox. I usually play as a blaster and decided to venture (not to far) from my comfort zone. I like being a support unit as well. i have the teleport target aid other and resuscitate to support my team as a just in case. but could someone look at my build and make slotting suggestions? I mostly play TFs and badge hunt after hitting 50. Plutolium - Sentinel (Radiation Blast - Radiation Armor).mbd
biostem
I really like radiation armor. I keep going back to rad blast, and keep being disappointed. To be frank, I don't really see the draw of trying to use aid other/resuscitate in place of simply playing a character with a full support power set. I've taken the fire or elec APP on sentinels to provide a bit of pinch-healing, and even taken the version of the barrier Incarnate that revives fallen allies, but those 2 powers from medicine are just "meh" to try and fulfill that role. Is it just a general desire to be self-sufficient while also being able to provide some team support that you find desirable? Is it that you don't want to be saddled with an entire support set? I'm not knocking your choice of AT - I love Sentinels, just wondering...
PudgeTheFish
I do it with my blasters, i generally do /devices blasters so my stealth doesnt hog a power pool set. I never dug playing pure support but i always though since i am a blaster hiding outside the fight its easier to pull people out with tp and rez them if they need it. the only way to get rez is to take 2 other powers in medicine. I never really played anything else. it looks like with a sent i am going to be much closer in combat and maybe it wont serve the same purpose. I am open to suggestions on other powers to stick in the spot. I guess i just have to figure out how i am going to play a different archtype.

I think a lot depends upon the level range in which you plan on doing most of your teaming; Post-35, there's the fire and elec APPs that have heals, and later on, the barrier destiny can rez allies. I admire your desire to support your team, but I would also ask you consider if other power picks or a change in tactics might save your teammates from needing to be yanked out and rezzed. For instance, both the dark and soul mastery APP/PPPs have darkest night, which can greatly reduce an enemy's ability to hit, and even if they do, they'll deal less damage. Those 2 can make needing to tp and rez unnecessary. Another approach, since you have pretty solid armor as a Sentinel, is to draw some fire away from your squishier teammates - "putting your mask on first", so to speak... Uun
Not sure what you're trying to do here, but this is a hot mess. You skip Proton Therapy and Particle Shielding, two of the key powers in Rad Armor. You skip Atomic Blast, put no slots in Irradiate, Cosmic Burst or Electron Haze and slot 3 non-damaging procs in Proton Stream. You burn 6 slots each on Stealth, Hover, Evasive Maneuvers and Health. I attached the build for my Rad/Rad sentinel. (This was done before the Page 5 changes to when powers become available.)
