MA - Spinning Kick vs. Dragon tail

I recently made a plant/martial assault dominator, mostly for theme reasons rather than having the "best" build. That being said, I have space for one power to select next and I was wondering if I should get spinning kick or dragon tail, if I had to pick one.

 

Visually, I think I've seen Dragon Tail and it is just like a low leg sweep so I am leaning towards Spinning Kick only bc I haven't seen it. I've read from one other post that spinning kick is hard to land hits, also Dragon Tail is further down the list which implies it might be a better power?

Spinning Kick is a non-targeted cone. It will hit anything in a 90 degree arc in front of you (9 ft radius) regardless of what you have targeted. It takes a bit of practice. Dragon's Tail is a PBAoE. In contrast to the scrapper/brute/tank version, which has an 8 ft radius, the dominator version has a 15 ft radius. If you have to pick one, take Dragon's Tail.
