Interface Proc Question

I took a quick look for an answer but am still a bit unsure... Are the various procs working now for Interface? I remember hearing that only DoT was working but nothing else. I can't say I've noticed them working.

You could go to the test server make a lvl 50, give yourself every interface and grab a power analyzer and do some testing. Then you could watch in real time the stats of the mobs change as you test the various interface options.

 

My understanding and I could be wrong is that most of the effects of various interface incarnate powers are now working as intended.

There is an odd bug with the immobilize proc where AVs won't get immobilized, even if you overcome their immobilize protection.  A few of us tested this out on an ITF with power analyzers to confirm.  It's been submitted as a bug.
