Chain Gun temp power area of effect

I've suspected this for a while, but the Chain Gun temp power looks like it is meant to have a cone AOE but is only set to a single target.

I know that when I've used it in combat it always seems like it's only hitting one target, so then maybe I thought it just wasn't that good, but the description tab says it should affect a group, and the emblem in the power tray depicts cone damage, so I would LOVE to see this rectified.

 

It always has the appearance of a severe, extreme attack but to see it only hitting one target always wound up feeling so lame.

 

Edit: I went back in to screenshot the description and I swear it said something else 10 minutes ago. STILL THE EMBLEM SHOWS CONE AND I'M STICKING WITH THAT

Yeah it's likely been that way since live, but doesn't mean it has to stay that way now!
