Purchased Shield Wall from AH and won but it never appeared in my enhancments

Is this the best place to report this?

On Everlasting with Scarlet Captain on 8/15/23 at around 11:40 PM EDT I won an auction for Shield Wall: Defense for 4,000,000. The influence was taken but I never got my item. I logged off and back on to see if it would appear but that did not happen.

Is there any way to get this item or am I out the 4 million?

I guess I bought the wrong thing. I do see a recipe but of course I have no idea if it was there before as I do not do many recipes but just buy the enhancements. I will pay closer attention next time.
