How to walk?

Hey all, taking another stab at this game now that I have a PC that can run it

 

I wanna get further into the game and its lore but I was wondering how I can be able to walk to test the walk options? Thank you!

Click the "Powers" tab on your power tray. 

Scroll down to inherrent (on the right of the window). There is a "Walk" power. Drag it onto your power bar.

That should probably be asked in a different forum than Roleplaying but I guess it works here as well as any.
