Do you guys like my build or would you change anything? ( I didn't take Rage, i don't like it at all )

Just my .02 inf.:  SS without Rage is like Macaroni without Cheese.

 

Rad is an excellent pairing, because of the diminished effect of the -def on Rage crash.  Multiple ways to also diminish the effect of the -dam (procc'd attacks, prestige attacks - Sands of Mu/Blackwand/Nemesis Staff, taunting, repositioning and/or repositioning-herding of mobs).

If your not taking rage, why take Super Strength at all? Street Justice works well and has a similar design albeit without being designed around rage.

I don't know what you intend to do with that build but it is rather tanky, probably way more than is needed for most content. If you want something punchy and don't like rage then you could take Martial Arts and be even more tanky with the +defense from MA for example.

 

Super Strength without Rage is inferior to most other sets. Rage makes the set.

 

If you are really set on it then go ahead but i would honestly look at other sets if you don't like Rage.

 

You are trying to chase resist bonuses but could do it much easier. Why 6 slot Combat jumping for example? Why 6 slot maneuvers? Why agility core?. Particle shielding is under slotted for one of the best powers RadA has and also an under slotted Rad Therapy. They could have got you the resists you are chasing and offer good healing on top.
