Looking for NPC Power Set - Aurora Pena

Tonight I was running "A New Dimension, A New Team" and encountered a really cool NPC power set I didn't know. There is an NPC named Aurora Pena that you get through the arc with a super cool energy whip power set. Does anyone know what this one is? Is this an NPC power set? It looks awesome and I'd love to try it our, but I legit can't think what it may be.

You aren't the only one who would love a power set like this, but it's an NPC set I'm afraid. The whip attacks come from the demon summoning Mastermind set. Unfortunately it's only three powers from the primary and all the rest revolve around summoning and buffing the demons. It's theoretically possible to have a petless Mastermind. People did it with the Thugs set before we got dual pistols as a separate thing. But it's not going to be very great... It means skipping over most of the powers of your primary and filling in with power/epic pools. Mastermind attacks are not very high damage but they are high endurance cost, so they're not super effective. You only get three attacks depending on your secondary. And most of those are buffing/debuffing sets. The attacks from power pools are lackluster as well but you will need all the help you can get. It can be done, but it certainly will not be a 'meta' pick.
