Bio Plasma Aura - Head & Eyes

Is there any particular reason this aura isn't available anymore?

It is still available. It is just disabled for the headless options. Probably because they're considered... uhm... headless, so the head option for the aura isn't there any more.... Though I agree it should still be available for the skull options. (Edit: Hells, even for the actual headless one. So a burning wraith can be made.)

Some of the auras still have Head/Eyes even with headless option. Doesn't make sense that some have it and some don't.

You can still do it.  Select a head (any head, don't waste time making any customizations), select the aura, change to headless.  You have to go through those steps again if you make other changes, or the next time you enter the editor, but it persists once you're out of the costume editor.
