From what I can tell...

 

DW > SF > ES > MP > Dom > Repeat is less than 1 DPS (.72) different than Pistols > SF > ES > Pistols > MP > Dom > Repeat

 

Softcapped E/N.  Can anyone improve this?

As for using DW over Pistols.  As I said, when doing the math, it looks like DW used once, is only worse than using Pistols twice in ST DPS, by less than 1 DPS.
