Hey, just looking for a good, hard hitting, sustainable EM build. Not concerned about cost or anything as it can give me something to work towards. Wasn't able to really find anything while searching around. Thanks in advance.

Currently what I am using, pretty much Hamidon only, occasionally TFs.  Some might use more procs, I wanted the recharge more, now to lazy to make any changes.  Only 70 points short of the health cap.  Have willpower on scrapper, tank and sentinel, more health equals more regen always useful on a willpower.  However you slot energy melee you want the Critical Strikes proc in Total Focus.  I did not farm this character to 50, at lower levels amazingly on a willpower had endurance issues. 

 

Also, you might consider Bio Armor for the secondary, some like it better.  Again, I'm lazy and willpower is mostly just turn it on.  During live missions/TFs had more status attacks like confuse/terrorize/repel, not as much on Homecoming, willpower has protection for those, Bio does not.

I messed around and finally got a build together, first one I've ever built, just kind of took info that I could from other discussions on the forums. Curious what anybody thinks on it. Want to try and squeeze as much out of it as I can as it is my main atm. I like the powers I currently have just curious if I can get more def/res or something by moving around some slots maybe? I know I have tons of rec atm too.

loaded up your build.

Compared to the build I posted, you gave some defense for more resist, that's how it works in willpower. its all about def/res/regen.

One thing popped out, in Mids you have Resurgence turned on, that will distort you recharge and recovery values, unless you plan to die every 90 seconds.  Turning it off will show you values much closer to what you will get in game.
