Storm/Temporal

Hello I am currently leveling up a Storm/Temporal build and would like to know if there is any good build's on it already.  I am also unsure what mastery to take with such a build.  I heard taking Temporal as a secondary helps building up the Cat5 faster.  But any tips are welcome.

"Good" is subjective.  🙂  I too am leveling up a Storm/Temporal blaster.  Below is my build that I'm working on so far.  Storm is... interesting so far.  We'll see how this build pans out.  😄 I like how it's going so far.

I'd slot either Immobilize or Knockback to Knockdown on Jet Stream

 

Immobilize or Hold on End of Time (PBAoE)

 

Knockdown, Hold or Immobilize or Chain Lightning

 

Make Storm Cell very hasty

Have you tried the new changes on the test server? I haven't rolled storm yet. But I'm going to roll one on the test server to get a feel for it
