Arsenal Dom keeps losing weapon

Not sure if it's a result of Arsenal Control or Arsenal Assault, but every time I go to edit my weapon (set to Celestial Rifle that sits on back), it's reset to default, and tries to charge me money to change it.

Same thing is happening with the Celestial Rifle for me in Robotics (see my bug report on it). It's also charging me to change the custom powers for it when I can't even set custom effects on my rifles.
