There are lots of cat themed characters that would like their entourage. In appearance, they could be very similar to the shoulder kitten costume piece, but could use the animations of the beast mastery pets. It may be possible, but it's not really desirable to add further visual spam to the game. It's already bad enough with auras, and people's buffs affecting crowds, etc... etc...
