Water/Radiation, looking for input on final build

Okay, so this is my first Sentinel and recently hit 50, unlocked incarnates etc...  I've been surviving with normal IOs but I'm trying to flesh out my final build with set bonuses.  Survivability is my primary goal with damage secondary.  Aiming for close as possible to cap on Resist and Defense, then shoring up damage to feel like I can solo efficiently.  I would have liked some more procs to increase my damage potential that way, but to get the bonuses I wanted it doesn't look possible.

 

I didn't do many purples, as those are a luxury I may or may not invest in later.  I like flight, other pools are flexible.

Update:  I respec'd into this build yesterday and it's performing beyond expectations.  Damage can still be improved (through incarnates) but the survivability is satisfying.  I went from faceplanting when trying to solo +2s to fairly easily tanking +4s.

Right off the bat, I'd look at frankenslotting Dehydrate, making room to fit in an Achilles' Heel proc. Dehydrate should be part of your rotation, so having it add a res debuff is helpful.

 

Steam Spray had it's claws clipped, so it's rightfully muled. I don't know if you're looking to cut costs, but you can pad your aoe defense with Frozen Blast here. I'd look at replacing Steam Spray with Whirlpool, same slotting.

 

Aqua Bolt > Hydro Blast. Also look at muling Frozen Blast here.

 

Water /jet is your bread and butter single target attack. If there's any one ability that gets an very rare set, it's this one.

 

Grabbing one of the melee attacks from the epic pools will get you very high DPA attack, and also give you a place to mule Blistering Cold.

 

 

 

So I moved few slots around, made my suggested changes. Lost you slightly higher Melee/Ranged defense and moved to more all around typed defenses. Resists are higher except in S/L. Will be an increase in damage output by a wide margin.
