fixed Died as a monkey, kept monkey powers when rezzed

As the title says, I died after secondary mutation turned me into a Rikti Monkey.  When that happens your normal powers get greyed out and only the two monkey powers are available (Monkey Slap, Monkey Gas). What I've always experienced was when the monkey effect wears off, the two temp powers go away and your normal powers are restored.

 

When I used a wakie just now, my normal powers became available but the monkey attacks stayed available too.  Here's a snapshot.  5 minutes later this is still the case.

 

Exiting reset this though.

 

Not game breaking by any means but there it is.
