Cloaking Device / Rifle weapon at Tailor always resets

The "No Fade" option for Cloaking Device still makes me invisible.
It was supposed to supress that effect, right?

 

Also, every time I click the Tailor my Rifle weapon skin is reset to the default one.

 

PS: I'm playing as a Arsenal/Arsenal Dominator

Dual Pistols always reset too.  

 

I have not had an issue with Cloaking Device yet.

Can confirm No Fade on cloak does nothing currently.
