Beam Rifle and Temporal Manipulation - Enhancement Advice/Opinions

Hello all

Just a little background here. I came to COH heroes a few months ago and have been loving the game and the community. I found a hero I wanted to play and reached out to @Snarky for build advice. Thank you @Snarky. Using MIDS I have begun adjusting the build to incorporate a little more defense and resist at the expense of accuracy. Would some of the folks that have experience with enhancement mind taking a look and see if I am on the right path here. I know there are rules on stacking and diminishing returns but it is out of my comprehension at the moment. I currently run with a team that includes a very good Scrapper and Tanker. I tend to hover and blast away.

Thank you all. I know I have read a lot about folks disagreeing with taking Temporal manipulation with Beam, but let me just say that I know I do not use it in a normal rotation due to things just falling over so quickly but when I am with friends doing AVs it helps so much on being able to take them down.

I've been having great results with my beam rifle / temporal toon Madam Steam. Thunderstrike is an amazing enhancement also, very good build here I think.
