This is my first time trying to make a build (literally ever) for my Street Justice/Shield Defense Scrapper and I'm hoping to get some feedback and get better at my theorycrafting chops. Some build goals & info: Try to soft cap Melee/Ranged/AoE Defense and S/L resist (or close to, at least). No Purples/ATOs cuz we broke broke. Bring some AoE debuff with Melt Armor for team support. Have another AoE attack with Fire Ball for more damage. Please let me know how I can make this better! Thanks in advance. Duckbutler Posted March 11 Share Posted March 11 You're coming up a little short on the defense softcaps of 45. I only see one of the two 3% defense globals.
