SG base passcodes

With the new influx of players asking about passcodes in the help channel, I thought I might suggest the SG Registrar (or villain equivalent) explain to the new founder how to set the passcode, and how to create the macro, or minimally, use the /enterbasefrompasscode XXXXXX-12345 command.

Each shard has a list of SG passcodes in the shard's forum, I think.  We should encourage them to visit the forum, or join an active SG for help, I think.

Not that I don't think visiting the forums can be fantastic advice, I do. But I am sure there are folks who don't want to spend their game time reading - they want to play the game.
