I know that SC increases max end, but what do enhancements do?  If I insert End Mod into SC, will  that increase End recovery?

Enhancements improve the max end increase. A lvl 50 end mod IO would increase the 500% increase to 712%. This will also increase your recovery, since recovery is calculated as a percentage of your max end.
