My build is in the appended file.

 

This corruptor is my best controller. Better control than my actual controllers and dominators.

This is achieved by zeroing enemy endurance with the help of power boost and clarion radial. This works on any mob except most AVs.

Solo, in case of trouble, it is also possible to heal via the pet. I have a macro to target the pet fast.

 

Not the fastest damage dealer, but extremely safe.
