Bacon Wrangler Posted April 3 Share Posted April 3 I'm starting a Street Justice / Energy Aura scrapper that will focus on maximum recharge (and no, he is NOT "the fastest man alive.") It would also be nice to work in some KD and Stun procs as damage mitigation and for looking cool when I kick them in the face with Shin Kicker. I plan on getting him equipped with enhancement sets as I level, starting at level 30 in order to spread out the cost.
