Game freezing /character unavailable

So tried to go to Atlas Park from my base and the game froze. I waited a few minutes and finally forced closed and relaunched.

When I logged back in and tried to play same character got this :

 

So waited a bit and came back to try again and again this time game froze when I selected this same toon. 

Tried to log in with another toon same thing, game froze and get this:

[Jack Power]

Same here. One in three characters can get into the game.

 

Edit: I get this: 

 

Waited several minutes just to get the same message.
