A couple of Kheld things

Nova form needs some flight control/jump speed/whatever that mechanic really is to stop the horrific levels of drifting.  I noticed that Fly+combat jumping+hurdle was a very liveable level of flight drifting

Dwarf form needs a taunt aura, dont add a new power or anything just work it into the toggle form itself.  -speed/-slow for warshades, -def/-dmg for peacebringers

 

Warshade:  Grav Snare:  Can the DoT damage get compressed and boosted?  9 seconds itself is enough of a detriment for something thats aprox 30% less damage than shadow blast

 

Peacebringer: Pulsar:  Adding some minor damage to this to be on par with Gravitic Emanation

 

Both: Reform Essence and Stygian Circle:  Can these be available at level 20?  Those early 20s have a lot of good powers unlocking at the same time, but not so much at level 20.  Also sort of an issue with VEATs, the early 20s power selections.
