Anything that provides you or your powers bonus recharge outside of the slotting in your individual powers. This includes but is not limited to: global recharge set bonuses from IO's and buffs provided by Support sets like Speed Boost from Kinetics, Accelerated Metabolism from Rad Emission or Chrono Shift from Time Manipulation. 1 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
SeraphimKensai Posted April 30 Share Posted April 30 Maybe I need to be checked into an old folks home, but I've played since inception and have failed to realize dwarf form apparently didn't accept outside recharge buffs.
