Cannot Target Self Bug

Bug Report:

 

This just started happening to me yesterday (June 7th).  It's happened 3 times on more than one character.

All of a sudden I can't use my keyboard to activate my powers, except for self target powers like travel powers. For example I can still press Alt+1 to toggle my flight power on and off, but when I press 1 through 0 keys for my offensive attacks nothing happens. When I am in a team I get a message in the chat window that says "cannot target self".

Logging out and back in fixes it, but then it just happens again. The work around is I have to mouse click all my power tray powers.

 

I am using a Desktop PC with Windows 10 with the latest updates.

.Net Framework v4.8 installed.

Keyboard is a month old, but it's cheap. Logitech Wireless K540.

I have Keymapping options set to Classic and device controllers set to NONE. I don't have any gamepad or any other controllers connected.

 

I can't think of any other information that might help. I haven't made any changes to CoH or my computer, no new software installed reacently and suddenly this started happening 3 times in one day.

Try and alt tab out and back in next time it occurs. I've seen that help me when my primary power row becomes unresponsive.
