Mayhem Missions Bugs on Villains,

There's a bug on mayhem missions where if you fight the boss that's guarding the villain in the PPD, Sometimes when you kill him he will become invisible and you cannot kill him, Also Sometimes when you kill bosses in the mayhem missions like clockwork, Skulls, Council, sometimes they will not drop the key despite it saying it saying you got the key, I do not have a screenshot for it as It happened really fast.

Odd.  I ran thru all the mayhems via Lord Schweinzer the other day to grab badges and none of that came up.

 

I do tend to never see the Police Station marked when the key is dropped, but the other four worked per usual.   And never got and invisible boss.

 

So, questions are:

Which Mayhem? And was it done via newspaper or Lord Schweinzer?   Looks like KIngs Row?  Solo?  Difficulty settings such as bosses on?

That happens if you defeat them before robbing the bank.
