Midnight Mystique Posted July 23 Share Posted July 23 (edited) Just logged in after downloading the issue 28 patch and I email is not sending properly for me, nor do I appear to able to receive it, at least on my main. If I try to send email with and attachment to my global (@Midnight Mystique) I get the error "Emails with an attachment may only go to a single recipient." If I send email without an attachment it sends, but I never see it (at least not so far). If I send email to my local, Midnight Mystique, without the ampersand, it sends with or without an attachment but I never see it. I can send email to a character whose name has no spaces, I tested with my chracter Nega-Wasp (Nega<dash>Wasp) and it sent and was recieved correctly. I reported this online as a support issue, since I am not sure it is just my account or all names with spaces. Techwright Posted July 23 Share Posted July 23 Seconded this. Email is not working on either account. (was working at time I last logged off before Issue 28, about 3am EST this morning). Cannot send to self, cannot send to other. Rebooted game multiple times and no improvement. Was trying to transfer funds to other characters and ended up using characters from each account to transfer funds. That method did work, so it wasn't an issue with the funds, at least in general. Both my accounts have spaces in the global names, so I can't test that element of it as described by @Midnight Mystique. Techwright Posted July 23 Share Posted July 23 (edited) Following up on @Midnight Mystique's comment, I just selected a random global name with no spaces and was able to send a modest amount of influence to it without a fight.
