DM/Bio Still Leveling

Playing DM/Bio. Level 34 right now.

 

Question: Can I slot for ToHit Debuff and let Fury + Offensive Adaption + Genetic Contamination do the Damage work?

The post is a bit dated and I am curious how this is working out.

Since base dmg is lower on Brutes and Fury is where you get most of the dmg, you have a certain margin to slot for other things besides just dmg, especially with secondaries like Bio where you get an additional dmg boost so I'd say yep, you can combine dmg and to hit debuff in your attacks although to be totally honest, not sure how helpful it is going to be since they're ST attacks. I'd just slot Touch of Fear and use it for debuffing instead and on attacks use said margin for extra acc or rchg or end rdx or all three.
