Game locks up after exiting missions, & Widow Veng only targeting party members

Widow Vengeance while part of a league, refused to activate on any member, unless that member is in the same group # I am.

I've tried this many times, during different raids, and have yet to see it activate otherwise. (yes the body is in range)

 

When I exit a mission, I'm hit w/ 2 different splash screens. The 1st is a CoH generic screen (like the login) that then switches to the splash screen, of whatever zone I'm loading into. When I click "exit", there's a good chance instead of doing the previous cycle, it will instead lock the game at the 1st splash screen. When I use the keybind to open the task manager, instead of that screen in the background, I see some place I had been previously, before I entered that mission.

I'm pretty sure that's working as intended. A lot of AoE buffs are restricted to teams and not league wide. For example Farsight in Time is limited to your team. Basically if you can't cast it on someone you aren't teamed with then it won't work league wide either.
