Zooming in, water graphics can also be seen dripping off of the character. My character is a Storm/Storm/Ice corruptor. This occurred in the Miss Thystle's Plea alignment tip, Vigilante option, Stop Nemesis plot by destroying their base. The screenshot was taken shortly after defeating the doppelganger, when I noticed the aberrant powers in the buff bar. They never appeared prior to the doppelganger fight, nor in any fight afterward.
