fikster0 Posted September 30 Posted September 30 sigh of course my first post is me messing up. I was trying to build a base and upgraded the plot no problem and moved the 4x4 room to center no problem but then while trying to place doorway i placed it in room which made it an L shape with door being solid. while trying to delete i accidently filled in the rest of the room and now my base has a solid 4x4 pillar in the center where the teleporter is. I cant delete it in anyway. how do i fix (other then changing powerset to intangibility.)? sorry returning player from over 10 years who obviously has a lot to relearn
lemming Posted October 1 Posted October 1 You can edit from anywhere in your base with /editbase 1 There might be more help here
fikster0 Posted October 1 Author Posted October 1 Thanks for your reply but i still cant delete it. I suppose I could build around it but will i still hbe able to put an entrance portal elsewhere? if so how do i activate it move it from the solid rock its in?
Retired Community Rep Easter Bunny Posted October 1 Retired Community Rep Posted October 1 (edited) This should help 🙂 Video directions: https://youtu.be/ofDdjT2Lue4 Print version: Click on the section you need to lower (you may need to click on the top of it to select it). If you can't seem to get it selected, try holding control while you click. Now, you need to find the room section in the room window. To see this, be sure to be in "place item" on the left of the editing bar, not "pick style". Be sure the word "Room" on the upper left of the bar is highlighted. Click "remove" to get rid of whichever of the sections you do not want.
