ToT emote/temp power

Just wondering if there would be a way to have a ToT emote (or temp power or something) that would give you a bag/bucket/etc. that you could run around with. I know most emotes disappear when you move so maybe a temp power type thing? Just curious if it would be feasible. And obviously not this year!

 

And yes, I know I'm a 50something year old child but it would be fun!

I think this would be a nice thing for a special vendor in pocket D to have. Maybe tiny bit of influence for 1 hour and more for permanent toggle? I just think it would be fun as well. Maybe they could even sell different versioins (jack o lantern bucket, ghost bag etc.)
