Halloween ToT badges for defeating each of the EBs from doors not unlocking

Hello,

My character is trained to level 43 and the progress bars for the badges earned killing each of the elite bosses (the ones that reward prismatic aethers) that spawn from the trick or treat doors is fully complete but refuses to unlock.

 

Is there any way to forcibly unlock these? I don't want to start from level 1 again for completionists sake 😔

These aren't bugged for me. I've unlocked all the Halloween Elite Boss defeat badges on three new characters so far.

 

Can you post screenshots of the completed progress bars?

Yes I can post pictures when I get home later today, currently at work.

 

I've also completed them on a couple other characters but something went wrong this time around. I submitted a ticket in game and was told to post here.
