Anyone with experience running a Claws/Rad?

I feel like it should play to the Brute's strengths with relatively high End Recovery and attack rate, and as a Res/Absorption based armor set. Looking forward to combining proc'ed mini-nukes with Spin to serve as an AoE blender, and I don't think the singe-target damage should lag too far behind. I ran a Rad/SS Tanker to 50 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, but noted that I played her a lot more like a Scrapper than other Tankers before, so I thought this combo might make for a nice Brute, which is something I have very little experience with. I was curious if anyone had any thoughts, advice or experiences to share?

Totally doable.

 

There should be a natural spot in the FU-Foc-Sla-repeat attack chain.

The only con for me would be how click heavy the build would be. On the plus side, you could Shockwave as your alpha and then run in and drop all of that AoE in as the mob gets up with Shockwave quickly recharging. My Claws/sr has it recharging in under 5 seconds. I keep forgetting Spin recharges slower on a Brute. I'm not sure how easy it would be to mimic being able to endlessly chain FU + Spin + Shockwave on a Brute, but then that's what Rad is for. I mean, I have a Claws/ea, I could check. 😆
