Praetorians and Ouroboros

As I work on the Praetorian Challenge, I never did the Loyalist Power arcs, as I was skipping them as my first thought was staying Resistance the whole time.

Now, if I had thought about it staying Praetorian for the whole time, I'd have done the arcs, but since I didn't, it would be nice to be able to go back and get them.

So how about access to Ouroboros for Praetorians?  They'd still be limited in what they'd be able to access, but could go back and replay those Praetorian arcs that were missed.

You can do them using a PIllar of Ice & Flame in a supergroup base.
